taking a couple days off from weighing in so i don't get discouraged. I'm having a lot of trouble staying under 1,000 calories. a lot of trouble. i did it the first 2 days then every day since has been a few more than the last. I'm pretty darn certain however that since I've been recording my daily calories it has helped me to decrease my over all intake.
