Well I just lost 4 pounds on my last weight in. I really didn't cheat at all. This diet is getting easier as the weeks go by.
I did try the Green Tea fat burning supplements last week. Now that was a useless,but I am happy to have tried it.
This week I am trying the Green coffee Bean Extract. I will keep posted on that experiment.
This is how I gauge how well these supplement work : On this protien diet you loose between 3.1/2 to 5 pounds in a week ( if you don't cheat )
That being said, If I lose more than 4 pound the week I use the supplement, than everything over that 4 is directly caused by the supplement.
Now you have to factor in the cost of the supplement to see if its really worth it in the end. I will keep you posted on the outcome.
I enjoy trying new things as long as my doctor is informed and without any dangers to my health.

Hooray! four whole pounds!Exactly it does get easier in the long run. Glad the doctor is keeping an eye on things. Hard work has a reward hooray!
