Well I just lost 4 pounds on my last weight in. I really didn't cheat at all. This diet is getting easier as the weeks go by. I did try the Green Tea fat burning supplements last week. Now that was a useless,but I am happy to have tried it. This week I am trying the Green coffee Bean Extract. I will keep posted on that experiment. This is how I gauge how well these supplement work : On this protien diet you loose between 3.1/2 to 5 pounds in a week ( if you don't cheat ) That being said, If I lose more than 4 pound the week I use the supplement, than everything over that 4 is directly caused by the supplement. Now you have to factor in the cost of the supplement to see if its really worth it in the end. I will keep you posted on the outcome. I enjoy trying new things as long as my doctor is informed and without any dangers to my health.
