Tonight - 20 minutes stairstepper and Level 1 30 day shread
Trying to do the Jillian Michaels dvd everyday. That is what you are supposed to do, I think. I will try to move up to Level 2 after 7 days, but if not, I will try after 10. My legs are so sore though, but I don't feel too bad while I am doing the workout. It is the morning I feel so sore.
I am just so glad summer is over and I am back in my normal routine. Don't think I am crazy, I am just turning into a fall/spring weather person. Don't like winter much after New Year's. This summer was just so hot and my work schedule changed, I couldn't wait for it to be over. Nothing like wishing your life away, but now I feel much more happy/relaxed even with the kiddos back to school and in soccer and dance. They are getting older and certain things are easier, but others are more difficult. Constantly changing.
