Did a nice bike ride in honor of Laurent Fignon who passed away yesterday. Kinda sad when the role models of your youth pass away. It definitely makes you feel old.

Doesn't seem like I've been loosing much if any weight lately, but the diet calendar doesn't lie, I'm down almost exactly 10 lbs in August. Not too bad considering the weekends in there where I really blew it. Just gotta keep it up.
