My actual starting weight as of April 30th was 185.8, not 201. So I REALLY only lost .4 lbs since yesterday. My weekly goal is 2 lbs/week. That comes out to just under .3/lbs per day, so I'm on track. :-)

According to my dietitian, I'm supposed to eat 60-80 grams of protein per day. I only had 53 yesterday, but I guess that's not too bad considering the fact that I got busy yesterday and didn't eat my first meal until 2 pm.

I went for a walk down at the river yesterday and walked about 2 miles. Not a lot, but still not bad considering it's been just under 2 weeks since my surgery. It'll get better as I heal. Right now I'm not pushing myself for any particular distance or speed. I'm just trying to get in as much exercise as I can without pushing myself too far given that I'm still healing from both the LAP-Band surgery and the fact that my surgeon corrected a hiatal hernia while he was in there as well. (Which makes it uncomfortable to take deep breaths right now.)
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
