I'm feeling more like myself today so going with the fast as planned & postponed from yesterday.

After my long break from using alcohol during Lent I've only had a couple of beers on a few occasions since Easter. Last Friday I had two beers (Miller Light!) and felt awful most of Saturday. Then Sunday night the same, two bottles, and I felt awful yesterday. It's not a hangover - I don't even feel any effect from such a small quantity of alcohol - but maybe there's something else in it that I'm having a reaction to? Maybe I should try wine and see what happens? Of course, it could be just coincidence, too. A little bit of experimentation and elimination over the next few weeks then - I really enjoy(ed) my beers; I don't want to give them up all together!
