My goal is to speed up my weightloss. I've lost about 50 lbs since last year. I've tried a lot of different fad diets but I only do them 40 days at a time (fast) I keep everything healthy year round but sometimes I lose track of my primary goal which is weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. I'm really short and it's easy to get discouraged when other taller people weight the same as you and already look fit. -.- those JERKS! And that's my story about weight loss and goals.
