I am addicted to journaling whatever I eat on this site. I am pretty sure I haven't left anything out since I started. I am done with the Lindora program; it's not cheap and I was paid up only through the end of this past week. If it weren't for FatSecret I would be concerned. But I think I can keep up the consistency and accountability with this fabulous web site. What an extraordinary database! I only wish "the APP" were compatible with my android smartphone. I think iPhone users probably aren't having any problems, but my phone is "incompatible." At least I am almost always close to a computer with internet so this works just fine.......... Thank you FatSecret for being the crutch I need to get me transitioned into what will become my healthiest body ever.

It's too bad that you can't use your cell phone to track your eating. I don't use mine a lot, but I have on occasion. I like your thoughts about "cheating" ....eating junk is eating junk ..... And it's not just tipping the scale to a heavier weight, but for me, it opens a door that's hard to close.. I hit streaks where I do very well, and then "boom" I eat terrible. Tracking one's consumption is so important because it supports the dark side in all of us that wants to cheat.
