So I am 167 again. A little disappointed considering the exercise intensity I worked at. Hoping this week goes just a little better. I think it is time to change my diet up a little more. I go to bed around 8 but I dont get home until 4.30. I need to figure out how to have dinner ready by 430 so Michael and I can eat when I get home. We both also need to decrease our dinner meal size since we only have a few short hours until bed time. This week we are changing it up a little bit. Hopefully after a month we will both see results.

Perhaps you should eat your big meal at lunch and only do salads and fruit for dinner

Ya that's what I'm doing for sure this month and see what happens as the month progresses.
