well i had intended to do a lot better but it is what it is.
basically I'm starting over from this point forward.
at least I can exercise again, had a little heart/hosp scare right after I 1st signed up for this site & the challenges, but I Am doing the PX90 now, just not doing the whole thing, I stop when I need to.
