Mana's Journal, 17 October 2007

I'm new to the website and think that it is really cool! I just started WW again a couple weeks ago and I'm just having trouble getting myself back in the groove of following the plan. The first week I just didn't want to do it at all, the second week was a little bit better and this week hasn't been bad.

Hey there! Slow and steady wins the race...keep that in mind and don't get discouraged. What I like about this site is that it makes me feel accountable to myself as well as others. We all have similar goals and everyone has a bad day here and there. Hang in there and you'll be surprised at how far you'll come.

Welcome Mana! I am new to this site as well I joined yesterday.. Just reading others who are in the same boat has really giving me new found hope that I can do this too.. So can you!!! I know it will be a struggle on some days but the end result will be all worth it... Please hang in there!!!

'ello, I am new too. Saw this site advertised on the Today show. I started my diet a month ago. The first two weeks were the toughest. Now it's getting to be more routine. Good luck!

Mana, I made a pledge to myself, not to stop trying, ever. I did this because of the gal who sits next to me at my meeting. She is truly my inspiration. She persevered to goal and it took her more than 3 years. Lost 85 lbs) She never skipped a meeting. Our leader tells us she even cme to be weighed the morning of her wedding. Thats what inspired me most of all and she still comes to meetings weekly.
