Well today I am not doing to horribly but last night was something else all together.
I drank some beers and then my boyfriend brought home takeaway and I ate and entire mixed platter to myself.
Soooo...needless to say I am going to gain a pound no doubt. I am just not to happy with that little blunder, but it happens.
Anyways, tomorrow I do my 5km run and that will make me feel good again. My poor hips are hurting a bit today but hoping they will be good tomorrow.
