I have been so hungry. I ate so much yesterday and gave up all control. I was doing it cause I was hungover most likely.
Today will be different. Gym later on, and then sticking to a normal range of calories for the day by planning.
Is my one year anniversary with my boyfriend so dinner and a movie later on which means overkill of calories again. I will probably opt for a steak house cause its less calorific then a pasta place. I can just try and eat lite and work out to conserve my calories and eat my own food at the theater.
I am not sure what made me give up control like that. I will have to work out for a week to burn off all the extra calories I consumed. So I guess thats what I do.
Still sore from that 5km run I did. I averaged 5mph outdoors and it is possible that because it was outdoors it was much harder then the 4km I do on the treadmill.
I will just try and work out at the gym, maybe even do a couple hundred stairs.
