So I left the challenge I was in so that I can record my weight every day. (No way was I going to spam a group with it, esp since it had like 6 questions to answers.) And it isn't like I was going to meet the challenge anyway. Yesterday I was up to 179.2 but back down today to 177.6, only .2 up from where I was two weeks ago. *facepalm* I think I hate my body right now.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 April 2013:
1115 kcal Fat: 78.00g | Prot: 73.08g | Carb: 33.86g.   Breakfast: Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cauliflower, Egg. Lunch: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chickpea Flour (Besan), Patak's Korma Curry Cooking Sauce (Mild), Spinach. Dinner: Buitoni Pesto with Basil. Snacks/Other: Julian Bakery Paleo macaroon, Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream. more...

You can weigh in without spamming the group. When you do your extra weigh in and it asks you all those questions you can unclick a box and just not answer. I believe the box is right beside the challenge title. I have been doing this for some time now.

Don't hate your body, your body is awesome. I know its hard, but take the weight gain as a lesson. Fat secret is a great place to figure out what you can improve. Are you eating correctly and sticking to your excercise plan? Its not about being perfect, its about learning how to lose the weight the healthy way and keep it off.
