Having a very bad day. Feeling quite poorly. Don't really care to talk about it or dwell on it much, but I am off the rails with the diet, been feeling sick all day. Migraine, nausea, feverish, fatigue, slight sore throat, all around ick. Want to go to bed ASAP and hope to feel better in the morning. Gonna try to make that happen within the next couple hours. Ugh.

MIGRAINE today. (Took Relpax, some relief but felt mostly sick still after taking it.)

200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
