So my food is way off for today. I'll record some of it, but I don't think I could possibly try and figure it all out so let's just move on, shall we?

Felt sick yesterday, much better today. Mom brought me some Emergen-C last night. Took it last night and this morning, and now again this evening and feel 100% better today. Mood is still a little rocky, a bit agitated today, but not nearly so bad as yesterday. I kind of feel like just taking Emergen-C every time I start to feel PMS hitting would be a pretty good preemptive strike. It has a high amount of B vitamins in it and they are suggested as a method to combat PMS, so that should and seems to help dramatically. I'll probably keep taking it until TOM leaves. A hectic and slightly stressful day at work, but got through it okay and without feeling like punching anyone so that is good. I have tomorrow off! Hooray! And going to see Kelly in Indy! Fun times! I really want to buckle down and start being more diligent about what I eat again, though, so tomorrow I will try and be a bit more careful, and starting Sunday, back to cooking and tracking all my food. Then I should be okay again. Gonna try to get to bed early again tonight. That seemed to help considerably last night as well. Want to feel refreshed and work out before I leave in the morning. Just have to get through this weekend and next week and then things should be settling back into a normal pattern again. Thank heavens!

No migraines today!

Oh, I forgot something, I've discovered an excellent sweet treat choice that is low calorie and makes me feel good and excited about eating it. Strawberries with whipped dairy topping. Pressurized whipped cream in a can has only 1 gram of fat, and less than one gram of sugar and is only 15 calories for 2 Tbsp. Add that to 1 cup of plain strawberries and you have a slightly sweetened, though not over the top dessert that is healthy and delicious and totally fulfilling. I'll have to remember that in a pinch when I start having sugar cravings.

Bad day yesterday. Didn't record my food. I was very busy and stressed at work. Did not workout. Ate okay during the day, a bit off the rails in the evening. Need to see when TOM is scheduled to hit, because I have been emotionally crazy the last few days. I didn't go totally insane last night though. I had a reasonable dinner, a bit of a high calorie chai drink, but the bad thing was I ate buttery salty popcorn for an evening snack. I ate a bunch and ended up with a stomach ache. Was super tense and had a migraine after work. Tyson rubbed some of the tension out of my shoulders and neck before I went to bed when I had the stomach ache, finally relaxed and started to feel a bit better and fell asleep relatively early. Slept in a bit again this morning. I have a half day of work this week so I should be able to exercise and get quite a bit accomplished today. I've actually already accomplished quite a bit. Looking forward to a time I can relax and do some writing though. Feeling much better today and my weight is down a tiny bit. Hopefully will start losing more consistently once I start exercising again.

MIGRAINE yesterday. (Took Relpax, felt a bit sick. Much better today.)

Hoping to have a better day than yesterday all around. I know exercising is going to be the key to that.

Yesterday was kind of a food disaster. Was not conservative AT ALL in what I ate and my weight was back up this morning because of it. Also, I didn't work out at all. Being back to work has been good for me today, though. I have been catching up on work. (All caught up now) I've not been thinking about food much at all and been getting by okay. I think I won the contest again. Keesha kind of forfeited, but Rene still has to weigh in tomorrow. I am down 2 lbs for the two week period overall according to the scale here, not bad considering my two bad days, but I am hoping to get back down further this week. I kind of feel like I am starting over a little, even though I am not. Just renewing my efforts again.

Need to make some more meals for myself this week. Plan this out some more. This week and next are gonna be hectic since I am going out of town next weekend and I am gonna have to work this Wednesday and next Wednesday. Hate that, but I am hoping that after next week things should settle a bit here at work and the stress levels will go down overall. It will start to be more like a well oiled machine. (Hopefully). Felt a little off the last couple days. Probably from the drinking and caffeine irregularities. Much better today, though.

NO Migraines. (A bit off physically the last couple days, and a migraine yesterday, but overall, I'm doing well.) Suspecting TOM might be paying a visit soon. I actually hope so because that would explain some of the depression issues I've been having, but it could also just be from a week of little activity. Looking forward to getting back into a solid routine. I look and feel much better that way.
