7 day caloric deficit daily average is 1250.14 kcal. I'm doing well but still fear no number change at the scale...such a head game.
Tomorrow is weigh in and measurements in order to get body fat percentage totals...geez someone just walked in and handed me a bag of Hershey Kisses....there are loads up cupcakes in the main office too. I'm good so far, but, but, but....this stuff wears on me sometimes.
HA HA...I made it with no sweets! :)

Thank you! I'm trying so hard to do it scientifically and leave all the emotion/guess work out of it. Calories in/Calories out! Simple right? ;) ;)

Yup , i think u need take care of calories because some of our food contains a lot of fats and some of it source of saturated fats that are Harmful for the body .
Well if u need some tips i would be great full to help you special our weigh are near not far ^
