I am 5'4" and should weigh 145 pounds.
I weigh 177 lbs.
My BMI is 30 (obese).

My calories should be 177 x 7 = 1239 daily

Maximum fat grams for my diet should be 30 grams or 200 calories.
Try for fat free everything or low fat.

Recommended carbohydrate intake is 120 or lower, 40% from vegetables.
I need to opt for low carb high fiber choices.

I need to drink 8 ounces of water.
3 meals
2 snacks

I need to exercise at least 20 min. a day. building up to 1 1/2 hours 3 to 4 times a week.
