Half a pound it's half a pound! ;) Thought I would've gain some weight since I had 6 Coconut Shrimp with Cesar Salad Saturday and Chicken Fajita Quesadilla Sunday at different restaurants in Saint Augustine. I guess all that walking through town did paid off! Will work harder this week and be more strict on my Carbs intake. Overall I'm happy with my weight in. Have a Healthy Week! :)
