It's been a consistant battle to stay consistant in both exercise and diet! My urges are strong now and I'm giving into them with frozen yogurt (yum)! I'm still losing weight though, but I think I need to lay off of it! I did a mud run this weekend and it was so much fun, I was instaneously hooked! Ill be doing another in 3 weeks and thinking about doing my 1st triathalon in sept! Gotta push through my daily battles though!
