Today I am starting the Atkins diet after several years. My current measurements are:
weight 154 lbs
arms 12.5
thighs 25
hips 43
waist 33

I have been gaining weight at an alarming weight and am a sugar addict. I hope to take better care of myself through healthier eating and exercise and get off sugar for good!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
