So, Ive lost 3 pounds this week and feeling really empowered...I guess my good food choices have been working. I cant say its been easy, and trust me Ive been tempted....eating Komplete every morning isnt great, especially when I could be having fried eggs and bacon, or having a Grilled Chicken Salad at the restaurant friday night when they had an offer on barbacue ribs, but when I weighed myself this morning.....it all made sense! Im glad I stayed focused....and now going for another week!!!!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
