Ugh!! So frustrated!! I worked out every day last week and not even a half a lb down. What gives?!?!?
216.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you have recently added or changed your exercise routine, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It will go away when your muscles get used to the exercise. It may also take the scale a week or two to catch up.

Thanks Suzi161! I wasn't aware of this. I have started a new exercise plan and my muscles were sore for two days. Hopefully there will be some progress in the scale shortly.
