Entered on fatsecret but it does not balance with my own calculations because entered quantities larger than what I actually I consumed My total differs by 400 cal. Is there any way to adjust the quantities 1c rice vs 1/2 c rice, 3oz sardines vs 1.5 oz sardines, etc Also, the types of foods seem specific to US, not international ie. Carr'sTable Water crackers vs saltines. Suggestions on how to record much appreciated.

Hi, all you have to do is go back to what it wrote in your entry, then click on the entry. Now, scroll down on the right hand side till you see the little box. Most foods listed have a drop down box to describe the food even further. Then,in the box where it might say "1" cup and you only ate a half cup, I just change that to .5 or if it is even half of THAT then I put .25 Hope that helps. :D
