This is actually the end of 2nd week when I started going back on my routine. When I got out of last doctor's visit, i weight 174lb with my jeans and hoody jacket... I think i actual weight might be at 170lb.

The 1st few days, althought I have been good on intakes and workout burn around 600 cal a day, but my alcohol intake kinda killed it. I stop drinking on 04/16/13.

This morning I weight 165.3
