Today is my first day of using fat secret to record my meals. (4/18/2013). Some items that I ate I have been using the # such as cherry tomatoes but the brand was different on here. I will try to put it here then go to the Atkins site for graphing there. 27.86 NC here with 13.22 from veggies. A little high net carbs but met the veggies.
