So, my knee is finally healed and I can work out again. The problem now lies in the fact that I haven't worked out in ages and have gotten into the habit of NOT doing anything. Ugh!

Also, as if there isn't enough pressure, my wedding is in 3 1/2 months! So, it's time to bust my butt (almost literally!) in order to look my best...or at least less fat!

Applied at the Progress, Not Perfection group today. Really hoping the group accepts the application--it sounds as if the group is just what I need!

Here I go!

UPDATE: Accepted by PNP! Very excited! Also, based on 1/2 body weight, I need to drink 102 oz of water each day. That's 13 glasses!! That's a lot more than I thought it would be! Wonder how much of that I can get in during the rest of today...
