I am eating better and when i am stressed I go for a walk. In the past three days I have walked 8.8 miles and I am so proud of myself. It is amazing how when your personla life is in a mess it makes the important things clearer to you. For me I AM THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME. FOCUSED AND MOTIVIATED.
