Well I am amazed that I have lose 20 pounds from the time I started on this site. I have remained focused on what goes in my mouth. I must admit I do treat myself to some ice cream and/or hamburger occassionally but I do feel guilty afterwards. I am currently in a size 16 from an 18. I have nto been walking as I did when I begun but we have had bad weather but that is not excuse. I know without a doubt if I get to moving more that the pounds will come off. I try to make better decision and I have stayed away from Pepsi and sugar as well. No fresh baked bread no sodas. I have adapted my taste buds to splenda and other no calorie sweetener yes I know they are bad for you as well but I try to limited that as well. I am focusing on drinking morep lain water. I hope I can get to moving again soon because that would really help the weight ot fall off. Success to everyone on this site and they millions other that a on the battle field of weight loss.
