Looks to be a very nice day; I am remaining at a weight of 132.2 which I am pleased with. My goal was 128.0, but I think that would be very difficult to maintain.
Out with the little doggie numerous times today; Did some light yard work and housecleaning.
Indulged in a bag of chips (naughty)....
