Urgh. So hard to get moving this morning. I didn't sleep well, I hurt all over, and I apparently over ate yesterday because the scale hasn't moved any. I just want to crawl into bed, pull the covers over my head and pretend the world doesn't exist, but I have a doctors appointment, groceries to buy, and my 40 minutes of cardio, so up I get.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
