I read on the net that if you eat less than 50 gr of carbs per day per week you will los over 2 lbs a week. If you eat 50-100 gr of carbs per day you will lose 2 lbs a week. If you eat 100-150 carbs per day you will lose .5 lbs a week. I aiming for2 lbs a week

Counting grams of any component that finely is so tedious and ultimately not gonna last long tee So maybe just a balanced diet lower calorie in with more exercise for calorie out. Exercise out and lower calories in is gonna last cause you can change up both if either gets boring.

n0--its hard to over eat if you limit carbs. Exercise burns few calories. I don't believe the conversions listed. What it does is build muscle which requires more calories
