Doing well in terms of cutting down on food, just need to be a bit more active. I've got my ipod charged up near enough full, tomorrow's gonna be a walking day. I should get a pedometer or something. I'll probably cover 5 miles tomorrow, at least. I need to... There's enough to see, around.
I know my weight's gonna fluctuate throughout the day, but how much is normal? Is there anything else that effects the accuracy of scales? Like.. I dunno, the surface they're on? I just wanna see results quick. I'm a big guy, got a lot to lose. I've got loads of milestones in my head. My scales have a switch where you can set it to measure in lb, stone or kg. I'm still over 300lb, so the first thing is to get under that. Can't wait to see that 2 on there. Then I can look forward to getting under 21st. Gradual... Little and often.
Still, I haven't been this positive in a long while.
