I am doing my best to begin tracking my food and exercise again. I have hit a plateau and I am trying to start the descent. I have 25-30 lbs to go and I need to eat better and work out more. I am doing my first half-marathon on Memorial day and I need to train for that by running and eating correctly. Just because I run more doesn't give me the license to eat whatever I wish. I am going to be following specific goals and my diabetic guidelines for food.
