I am a at least 1 a day sometimes up to 3 a day sonic drinker and I have made it 3 whole days without one or even a Pepsi :) I am...so proud of myself.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
