I read some of the recipes on this site and a lot sound good. I think what I am trying to accomplish in what I'm doing is ,stop enjoying food so much, eat good stuff for health and weight loss. I BELIEVE FOOD CAN'T BE BRIGHTSPOT OF MY DAY NO MORE .I want to treat it more like lets say for instance. the villain. sugar, white flour, processed foods I could go on but who cares right?

It is hard to move food from the fore front to a lesser position. Yet it is not a villan either, it is more of a neccessary evil! In my little world my dinner as gone from the highlight of my night, to my well deserved reward after a kick ass sweaty work out. The trick is to keep it a healthy on the plan reward! Such as last night it was a big'ole spinach salad w/chicken! Yumm Yumm Yumm!!!
***and you go on as much as you need. That is what these journals are for!

Yeah I hear ya!! your right!! Go for THE HEALTHY YUMS!! I eat that same dinner to .I cover my chicken in lemon pepper and pan cook it in extra virgin olive oil. omy so good.
