Feeling a little discouraged. I am about to finish my 3rd ViSalus 90 Day Challenge AND I've been going to the gym for almost 6 months now (3 days a week) and I still have not reached my goal! I hate all the jiggling fat on me. :-( Don't get me wrong, my body is changing (for the better) but I hate that it's taking me so long to reach my goals. I have terrible eating habits.
