Ideal = Carb: 35-45 Fat: 15-20 Prot: 35-45
Stats are showing a burn rate of 2419 per day, my calculations are showing 2477, so this seems to be a good number for total calories burned per day.
Tip: When faced with a menu full of bad food choices, a turkey sandwich is your best friend ;)
