Hi Sharidoto! I am in the same age bracket as you and also find it extremely hard to lose weight. I am not following anybody's weight loss plan -- just cutting down on serving sizes, eating healthier and walking A LOT! I've REALLY cut down on fatty snacks and am reading labels/counting calories/writing down on a food log everything I eat, and it is all helping. If I have a craving, I have a little taste of what it is I'm craving so that it will GO AWAY. Oh, I also work along side my husband in our own business, so I keep pretty busy.
One of my problems is that I'm going through menopause (have for the last 4-5 years) and was wondering if you may be in the same boat? This means cravings and a slow metabolism has made it that much harder.
Please hang in there and, if nothing else, keep yourself aware of what you are eating by keeping a food log. It really helps -- you'll see.
