You look like your taking in a lot of sodium-laden foods. Are you drinking water? It's especially important on low carb diets. Are you tracking all your foods honestly? Even on Atkins you can gain or not lose if you take in more than your burning off. Are you having days of eating poorly and then back on plan, then eating poorly again, etc.? That can cause you to keep yo-yoing with the same pounds over and over. Are you being active? Exercise can help burn off those calories. You might google some Atkins induction menus and see how yours stacks up against it or try varying your menu to see if something changes. I know consistency is key with weight loss. You might also check the Atkins book out of the library if you don't have it to be sure your following it properly. Sometimes small things can mess you up. I wish I could be more help.

I do consume allot of sodium I have noticed that but seems to really creep up when I'm trying to get all my calories in without jumping my carbs. I drink at least 120 oz of water a day. I don't really yo yo but like Sunday for example I didn't eat anything I shouldn't just picked at veggies and some nuts and etc. I exercise at least 5 days a week either doing Zumba or running. I'm sure its something stupid that I am doing wrong just gotta figure it out!

I agree, sodium is the biggest thing standing out to me in your diary. Processed foods and meats are the biggest culprits in this, because it's used as a preservative. Your Black Angus Chipotle Monterey Jack Burger has 1100mg of sodium alone. Keep in mind that the RDI of sodium for ANYONE is 2400mg, you are over that most days. Maybe try cutting down your portions of meat, and add more vegetables in? I often try to have 2/3 of my plate veggie and 1/3 meat. Good luck!!
