Ate a ton over the long weekend in Chicago, so in that sense I didn't follow a diet at all. But, when we got home, I did the two day low carb diet. I ate more calories than the plan really calls for - but no sweets, grains, starchy veg etc.
112.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
