OK...here we go on Day One! I'm very excited to be TRYING again! I've been slacking off for so long. I've just got to realize that I'M WORTH IT and it's up to ME to take care of my body. I KNOW I CAN DO IT, I just need to stick to the goal. I'm praying daily for God's help with this, and I know my faith can carry me through!!
