Was feeling sick last week but feeling MUCH better this week...so I am ready to have some will-power again! I have 15 days before heading to Vegas for Greg's 30th, and I have some goals to complete BEFORE I leave on Apr 24:
1) Send draft of pain paper to Pat and Cathy, hopefully getting it submitted to Florian before May 1 2) Get in 10 workouts (even if it is just 2 of those fitsugar videos...be active!) 3) Keep a daily food log, no matter how embarrassing the entry is! 4) Eat more nutritious foods when I get home from work, not junky snacks
Oh, not to mention work 10 more shifts at the hospital AND enjoy Toronto with Greg! LIFE!!! :D so good
