JKL2012's Journal, 19 March 2013

Not sure how much I have gained in the 5 weeks of sub-par healthy behaviour, so no weigh in today. Most likely not much because of the loss of muscle converting to fat....probably in the 3 lb range. Anyways, time to start thinking health and fitness again!

I found this 30 day challenge on body rock: 12 mins of 12 different exercises done in a high intensity interval kind of way. It was especially appealing because you gage your progress using a fit test on day 1 and day 30, as opposed to just weighing in and getting a number. What with being on placement without access to gyms, I think these quick at home/minimal equipment exercise routines are ideal.

I will try and be healthier with eating too. I want to start thinking more like I was with the weight watchers, that was a really great approach to diet. No time like the present to get fired up...and a now confirmed trip to Vegas in April is GREAT motivation to whip myself into shape :D

Good luck with that! Sounds like an exercise routine I could try too!
