I consumed in excess of 3000 calories yesterday. Boyfriend and I went to a festival giving away all you can eat, free ben and jerry's (all flavours) Oh my god, good. And it was so hot. So I had ten (!) over the course of eight or so hours ice cream cones. Wow that's a lot. But with no lunch and a scant breakfast and two ciders inside me and a great atmosphere, who would do differently? I console myself with the fact that everyone seemed to constantly have ice cream and the queues did not diminsh. Ever. Then 3 slices of a 15" pizza at ten at night when we were hungry. Oh dear. He is a bad influence isn't he. And although my weight doesn't seem to have changed, my tum was looking noticeably flatter... Damn. Hoping for 2 good days before I go away on Wednesday!
