Oh Jillian.... well 30 Day Shred is kicking my butt, but in a good way. My elbows are definitely killing me from the walking push ups and all the planks. I can't do the high impact plank stuff all the way through, but I'm trying to do as much as I can, and then do whatever "Anita" is doing to carry me through. I want some amazing arms from this shiznit. After I'm done the 30 days, I'll start rotating it with the BFBM and NMTZ. Oct 28th, I want to look as amazing as possible. Added incentive is to buy custom jeans and a bolero jacket from Etsy!! Want the smallest measurements I can get. :D
