So happy to be back in the 120's!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1494 kcal Fat: 108.49g | Prot: 70.06g | Carb: 53.53g.   Breakfast: Atkins Muffin in A Minute, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Lunch: Lettuce, Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas, Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat). Dinner: Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Atkins Endulge Peanut Butter Cups, Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: no bake strawberry low carb cheesecake, Strawberries. more...
