So happy to be back in the 120's!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1494 kcal Fat: 108.49g | Prot: 70.06g | Carb: 53.53g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Atkins Muffin in A Minute. Lunch: Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat), Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Tomatoes, Lettuce. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Atkins Endulge Peanut Butter Cups, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. Snacks/Other: no bake strawberry low carb cheesecake, Strawberries. more...
