Gisme's Journal, 08 April 2013

Ah, today I did not exercize very much, and I did eat some chocolate bars and drink a pop. Oh man the more I try to diet the more off course I go. I think its time to just cut out bread, pasta, rice again.

I just am not committed enough at this point to do something as restricting as Atkins. On a side note, If I cut out all the chocolate I eat on a regular basis I would probably be doing alright.

Drank a bottle of wine last night and didnt go over my calories but I am wrecked for today. Cannot really think of going to the gym. So I guess it will be the gym tomorrow. Its all about self care and I know I am getting thinner and thinner every day regardless of when I cheat a little here or there.
