Gisme's Journal, 09 April 2013

Up two pounds, partially because of retained water and bloating and partly because I have been snacking like a maniac and have gone totally lax on my work out.

Time to go to the gym this morning and take one of the classes they offer there. Also time to stop the snacking! Or at least ONLY snack on vegetables and some fruit.

I am eating so much dairy and chocolate. I am craving these things but they are not helping me.

Its not like I eat like a total pig though, I dont understand how the weight doesnt come off any easier...I really do not eat all that much. Its just a total mystery.
