I have been on Herbalife Biggest loser for 12 weeks which ended the first weekend in March, 2013. During that time, I was coached very well and water consumption was a big deal; the more the better. I drink at least 10 cups a day.

I have never consumed caffeine in more than those foods which contained chocolate, or a natural vitamin which has tea extracts to help with metabolism.

Just in the past two days I have been implementing a strict no eating past 8 p.m. I think this will make alot of difference in my weight loss seeing as I was eating up until 12 p.m. some nights.

I only weigh-in once a week; weight fluctuates too much during the week to make this worthwhile and could be discouraging.

I'm excited to see my weight this next weekend!
